Hosting and server logs

This website is hosted by STRATO GmbH, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany. When you visit, the server stores technically necessary data (IP address, date and time, page visited, browser) in log files. Legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (secure operation). No tracking cookies

This site does not set cookies for advertising or analytics. In your browser’s storage (localStorage) it only remembers settings: light/dark via the crossfader, the pitch value, your choices about external content, your cart and – only if you click “Use my location” – your approximate location (rounded to about 6 miles) for sunrise and sunset times. This data never leaves your device. Legal basis is Section 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG.

Fonts

All fonts are hosted on our own server. No connection is made to Google or other font providers.

Booking request

When you send the booking form, we process your details (slot, date, venue, name, email, optional phone and message) to answer your request. Legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR. The request is sent to us by email and stored on the server as a backup. To prevent abuse, your IP address is stored only in hashed form and for no longer than one hour. External content: Mixcloud, Instagram

Mixes and possibly photos are shown through players and embeds from external providers. They only load after you give consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR, Section 25 (1) TDDDG). Your browser then sends data such as your IP address to the provider, possibly also to the USA. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time under “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the page.

Merch and payment

Products and cart are loaded through the textil.team shop interface (Shopify); our server makes these requests, not your browser. When you click “Checkout” you move to the textil.team / Shopify checkout, where the textil.team privacy policy applies.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. You can also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, e.g. the Thuringian State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (TLfDI).
